Can you move my existing store?
Yes. We move products, customers and, where the platform allows it, order history. We also set up redirects from old addresses so you keep your Google rankings.
Will I be able to add products myself?
Yes. Before launch we run a training session and give you a short written guide for everyday tasks: adding products, changing prices, handling orders and refunds.
What are the monthly costs after launch?
Usually hosting or a platform subscription, the domain, and a small fee per transaction to the payment provider. We list every recurring cost in the quote, so there are no surprises.
Do you help with product photos and descriptions?
We can recommend photographers and write product description templates. Full product copywriting is available as an extra.
